As amazing as technology is, I have to yet to receive any email that gives me quite the same feeling as a traditional, snail-mailed card. Is it not a wonderful feeling to receive a letter from a friend or to send a hand-written card to someone?? And although “eco-friendly” and “paper” may not seem to go together initially, they do co-exist with Paper Culture, a card, art and stationary company that allows you to send snail-mail you can feel good about.
I can think of no other way to say it: Paper Culture rocks in the green department. Here are a few reasons why:
- Each paper product, from the envelopes to the cards and packaging, is produced by 100% post consumer recycled paper.
- On top of that, the paper is either Green-e certified and/or Green Seal certified.
- It gets better: The company itself is generated by wind power. If there ever was a company that talked the talk and walked the walk, it’s Paper Culture.
Paper Culture currently carries a line of: baby announcements, holiday cards, personal stationary and invitations for nearly every other live event you may encounter, from birthdays to Bar Mitzvahs to moving announcements.
On top of hitting the card industry on the head, Paper Culture also offers a gorgeous line of bamboo wall art that you are going to love. Have your favorite photo printed on one of Paper Culture’s 100% bamboo panels. Available in a variety of sizes, this art would be a perfect gift for any birthday, baby birth or other special occasion.
Are you still latching on to paper products like me or are you fully engulfed in the digital era? Do any of Paper Culture’s items catch your eye?
