The other day I decided to make Home Made Granola. I was so annoyed with the over-priced, over-sugared versions available in supermarkets, that I decided to have a go at making my own.
Making granola is about as easy as making humous – I am a convert. I won’t buy again. Try this yummy, cheap, guilt free granola recipe. Even my little one loves it…
Method for Home Made Granola:
Pop all of the ingredients except the coconut and cranberries in a large bowl, mix together, lay flat on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the coconut and cranberries and pop back in for a further 15 minutes. Leave to cool and then decant into storage container. YUM.
